Position: Director of Mission Kids & Family Ministry Location: The Mission Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH Date Posted: July 26. 2022
The Mission Cincinnati is a 5-year-old church plant in central city Cincinnati OH with ~100 regular attenders who call our church home. Since relaunching weekly services in a new location in Fall 2020, we have seen great growth in the number of children & young families who are part of our congregation. When we relaunched our Mission Nursery for children ages 0-5 in Summer 2021, we were averaging 4 children per week. One year later we are averaging 9 children per week, and sense the need to add additional Sunday “children’s classes” to care for the emerging discipleship needs of our growing number of children across a diversity of age ranges. To that end, the Mission Cincinnati seeks a passionate leader with a heart to lead, develop and grow holistic ministry to children and families within a local church context to serve as our Director of Mission Kids & Family Ministry."
The application deadline is August 17th and we are hoping to fill the position by September 1st or as soon as we can thereafter. If you are interested, we'd welcome you to apply! If you'd be willing to share this opportunity with your ministry networks, we'd greatly appreciate it!
